We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible and easy return policy. Fuchsia Designs’s Returns and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange an item conveniently in case of size/color issue or the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:
- If the return is due to a size/color issue, it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a store credit.
- All you need to do is to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel you can write to us at email@example.com and courier us the parcel which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us
- Always email us first if you have a problem on firstname.lastname@example.org
- Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question
- Never send back an item without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
- For orders delivered outside India, custom duties, sales tax and shipping charges are non-refundable through Fuchsia Designs. However you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside India will be submitted to the same customs procedure, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
- Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
- Always return your items using registered courier who provide proof of delivery.
- Any shipping costs of sending back to India above what customer paid for shipping charges while receiving them from India are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
- We will examine the garment you return, figure out what went wrong, and take immediate steps to prevent such problems from reoccurring.
- As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agencies only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us. It’s better to keep all the bills with you till the product is returned.
- Please mark the items as defective returns and not for sale
All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Credit amount for all returned items will be issued to you only in the form of Discount Coupon excluding shipping charge ONLY worth your order amount. Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value. Shipping charges will be payable extra. For each returned item, a discount code will be issued and sent to your registered email within 24-48 working hours from the date of return confirmation. You can use your coupon code for further shopping at www.fuchsiadesigns.in.
If you would like to exchange some products purchased from fuchsiadesigns.in, please follow these steps:
- Create an exchange request online using our contact us form or email us at email@example.com with mentioning original order id and your desired size and color or call to our customer care executive at +91-9873303782. You can exchange any product purchased from fuchsiadesigns.in within 15 days of delivery after getting confirmation from us.
- Send the item in original packaging to us. In the packet, please include the product along with the tags that it came with original invoice and sent to us.
- Replacement only can be provided if the desired item is in-stock otherwise we will release a discount coupon worth your order amount and send to your email id registered with us.
Canceling an order
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
- Your refund request will be processed in a maximum of 72 hours from the date we have confirmed to you that the return is acceptable.
