Fuchsia Designs great pride in our reputation for quality of products but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise you received, we offer easy return policy. we offer the option to return or exchange the product conveniently.
How do I Return the Product?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide details mentioning the order number, product you want to return and the exact nature of the problem you have with the product.
The return request should be sent within 1 day from date of receiving the product.
Upon our confirmation, you may send the product back to the address mentioned on the billing invoice you received with the product.
In case I don’t like the product I received, so can I get refund/exchange?
We assure you that this won’t happen, but if it does, then you can surely get a refund/replacement. The refund will be issued within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product you returned. Please note that refund amount will be credited to your Fuchsia designs account wallet, which can be redeemed anytime for shopping at www.fuchsiadesigns.in.
In the case of order return, what are the changes deducted and where do I send my return?
The courier charge would be borne by you and will send the product on the address written on the bill invoice.
I want to change my size on the current order, is this possible?
If your order status is “on-hold” or “processing” you can send us an email on email@example.com with the change request to get it changed, All orders are given a 24 hour grace period to make changes to the measurements. If the order is marked “shipped “or delivered then it is not possible for us to make any type of adjustments or changes in the order placed by you. Then you can return the product and get it changed.
Cancelling an order
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
Your refund request will be processed in a maximum of 72 hours from the date we have confirmed to you that the return is acceptable.
Once the order is shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellation request.
For orders delivered outside India, custom duties, sales tax and shipping charges are non-refundable through Fuchsia Designs. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside India will be submitted to the same customs procedure, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
All shipping costs incurred to return the product to Fuchsia Designs are to be borne by the customer.
