Purchase Of Garments:
Each garment featured on this site is not Readymade and we require 100% Payment at the time of purchase prior to executing an order.
Fuchsia Designs can ship your goods to virtually any address in the world. We have a standard negotiated rate with DHL, which is uniform across the world at a given point of time and our shipping charges are based on the weight of the garment(s) purchased.
Within India, we provide free shipping on all orders above 999.
Shipping rates are subject to revision as and when DHL changes its rates, you will be notified in advance prior to new shipping rates coming into effect.
We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 business days, However due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take upto 7 business Days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 7 business days to reach you. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Fuchsia Designs is not liable.
Customs And Import Duties Information:
You may be subject to Import Duties that are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must borne by you Fuchsia Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from www.fuchsiadesigns.in , you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the merchandise.
It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit returns within 14 business days of receiving the parcel. Request is permitted only on a size exchange, no other request will be entertained. Within 2 business days of receiving the parcel, our customer care unit (firstname.lastname@example.org) has to be informed via email that you would like to return the garment. If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good. Please use the pre-addressed label included in your parcel to return the merchandise. Garment(S) returned have to be unused, undamaged and in their original packing with all tags and labels attached. Fuchsia Designs reserves the right to accept or reject a return after performing a quality check on the garment(s) within 10 business days of receiving the returned garment(s). If the return is accepted, you will be given a credit code, which can be redeemed online against a future purchase. The validity of this code will be 1 month. For a size exchange, the return process has to be adhered to and then a new purchase in the required size has to be made with the credit code.
Once an order is placed, there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure you check your order details prior to confirming it. Fuchsia Designs reserves the right to cancel an order due to an error on the site, or a stock issue. If the customer’s credit card has been charged prior to a cancellation of the order from our end, we will reverse the charge.
